When a robot is used for the paint application it can be combined with an automatic cleaning device, cap cleaner. Crescocito are producing 2 different versions of cap cleaners. When using a spray gun with air cap (low pressure and air assist) it is recommended to use a cap cleaner with solvent flushing.
CAP 100 and CAP 144 are designed for this type of cleaning function. Is uses solvent nozzles with high impact for the cleaning function. Drying is done by an nozzle ring on the top of the device.
When using other types of spraying like air less it is recommended to use a capo cleaner with rotational brush, CAP 200. The brush has a high mechanical cleaning effect on the nozzle or tip to be cleaned. In combination with spraying nozzles to moisten the brush, the cleaning power increases. When the device is not use the brush is covered by a lid to prevent overspray from the spray booth to stick om the brush.
