CDA 50 Automatic gun especially designed for abrasive materials. Highly suitable for ceramic industry and other rough industrial applications. Low cost for maintenance in combination with high production capacity. Very solid design and excellent process function. Integrated or external fan width control.
At certain types of objects and installations, the electrostatic methods have advantages. Objects with large ratio of open areas or hidden surfaces are usually better painted in terms of quality and paint consumption with electrostatic solutions. To obtain optimal results, the complete process should be adapted for electrostatic painting.
High transfer efficiency and very good painting results are combined with the usage of bells. Type of paint (water or solvent based) and installation makes the difference for internal or externally charged versions.
