Crescocito has a long term experience in quality painting of plastic parts. Process stability is essential in high end plastic painting. This can be obtained by reducing process variables in the hardware used in the application process. CLA 80 low pressure automatic spray gun is designed for this specific purpose. Very few moving parts in combinations with machining of vital parts with micron tolerances gives the needed simplicity and stability for the application process. Equally important are also the paint handling and supply. Crescocito has the right solutions from stirrers, pumps and pressure regulators to secure the optimum paint handling before the application is done. The final result is high quality with very low running costs.
