Depending on the type of paint work to conduct it takes different solutions of spray booth function and design. Crescocito offers optimum solutions for powder coating systems with automatic colour changing functions, as well for wet painting operations with manual or robot application.
The spray booth can be a dry filter solution, or a water spray booth with extraction in wall or floor area. Important parts in the spray booth design to reach low running costs are ventialtion, cleaning and filter designs. The spray booth can be produced in plastic, stainless or galvanized steel. An interesting solution is spray booths with dry separation for wet paints. This offers very high benefits in running costs.
